At Sapna’s Kalanjali, each creation is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. In keeping with the nature of designer and customized apparel, our return and refund practices are thoughtfully aligned with industry standards.
Returns
- Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized, bespoke, or made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received in a defective or incorrect condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sapnaskalanjali.com along with clear images.
- Requests raised beyond this timeframe shall not be eligible for consideration.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Sapna’s Kalanjali does not offer monetary (cash/card) refunds.
- Approved returns will be processed in the form of:
- Store credit, valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance, or
- Exchange for another product, subject to availability.
- A standard reverse logistics fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the total value at the time of processing the return.
Return Process
- All return requests are subject to review and approval upon inspection of the product.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged in serviceable locations; customers may be required to self-ship in non-serviceable areas.
- Upon approval, processing timelines are typically completed within 5–7 working days.
Discretion & Final Authority
- All returns, exchanges, and store credits are subject to the sole discretion and final approval of Sapna’s Kalanjali.
- The brand reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with the stated policy or where product condition does not meet return standards.
